THE G-STYLE TEACHING METHOD

Inspired by Tim Ferris, I’ve created a system condensing years of artisan training to make anyone able to perform as an artisan pizza master. Here I’m going to explain my process: choosing the best and fastest way to teach people, with no experience, in the shortest time possible. I created a sequence of  4 steps: each broken into "micro-action" creating maximum results.

Life is a continuous process of change, this I realized after leaving my Country.

At first I was so reluctant to change, I was so proud of myself, of my job and I was so staunch in the “italian style”. Once I started

to open my mind, mile after mile I had to!! I realize travelling was make my soul richer… I changed my point of view and took

other’s ideas as a gift, something to add to my tradition and create innovation.

I wrote a biography of my travels in “I ACE”, a book I hope to one day translate into English :)
